What women said after our last workshop:
"I'm usually always trying to get stronger, but here I feel like I AM strong."
"I trusted my body to move and respond to the challenge."
"I got to be intense and gritty and then come down and feel grounded."
"I loved the playfulness and laughter."
What we'll do in this workshop:
We will use jiu jitsu as a way to build trust in your body and your ability to respond to whatever life may bring.
We will be fierce and embody our fight response, and then relax with a guided somatic practice at the end of the session.
After booking, you’ll receive a short intake form by email. Complete this form to confirm your spot.
