What we'll do:
We will connect with the breath, explore movement, and gradually play with pressure and intensity.
We’ll build energy and then come down together with a guided somatic practice.
The intention is to build trust in your body and your ability to respond to life.

What to wear
Comfortable athletic clothing (leggings, shorts, t-shirt, or long sleeve)
No zippers, buttons, or anything that could scratch
Hair tied back if long
